Netherlands' biker Sebastiaan Bowier takes part in a bike speed record attempt event, with his aerodynamic bike Velox3, on the A31 highway between the Dutch cities of Franeker and Dronrijp, the Netherlands. The recumbent bicycle achieved a speed of 78.8 km per hour.
