Fireworks from the Philippines light up the sky at the opening of the 5th Philippine International Pyromusical Competition at suburban Pasay city, south of Manila. The fireworks display, which will run for six consecutive weekends, features 11 countries, including Australia, China, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Japan, Spain, United Kingdom, the United States and the host country Philippines.
